Positive, optimistic and admirer of order and straight thinking

A regular contributor to publications in the US and in Europe, at one time was a syndicated columnist for a Technology service. Author of treatments and scripts for Television, has participated in international film and TV co-productions in Europe. In recent years he has written travel articles, book reviews, a syndicated column on technology and another on general topics, this last in Spanish and English. He has been a contributor to the New York Times Forums since the year 2000.
He is the author of a A MATTER OF ENERGY (PublishAmerica) and THE KARKLINS FILE.

His background includes a management career with Union Carbide Corporation where he participated in the development of special materials for the Chemical Process, Aerospace and Nuclear industries. As CEO of Carbide’s subsidiaries in Spain he oversaw a major investment program and negotiated off-shore oil exploration rights in the Spanish Sahara. His years in television and films add another facet to a rich and successful background. A US citizen, he is married and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
